﴿ وَٱحۡلُلۡ عُقۡدَةٗ مِّن لِّسَانِي

سورة طه

And untie the knot from my tongue

﴿ وَتَتَّخِذُونَ مَصَانِعَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَخۡلُدُونَ

سورة الشعراء

129. "And do you get for yourselves palaces (fine buildings) as if you will live therein for ever.[2]

﴿ وَإِذِ ٱعۡتَزَلۡتُمُوهُمۡ وَمَا يَعۡبُدُونَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ فَأۡوُۥٓاْ إِلَى ٱلۡكَهۡفِ يَنشُرۡ لَكُمۡ رَبُّكُم مِّن رَّحۡمَتِهِۦ وَيُهَيِّئۡ لَكُم مِّنۡ أَمۡرِكُم مِّرۡفَقٗا

سورة الكهف

When you have distanced yourselves from them and what they worship other than Allah, take refuge in the cave; your Lord will extend His mercy to you and make for you an easy way out of your ordeal.”

﴿ سَلَٰمٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطۡلَعِ ٱلۡفَجۡرِ

سورة القدر

Peace it is[1956] until the emergence of dawn.

﴿ قُلۡ هَلۡ مِن شُرَكَآئِكُم مَّن يَبۡدَؤُاْ ٱلۡخَلۡقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥۚ قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يَبۡدَؤُاْ ٱلۡخَلۡقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤۡفَكُونَ

سورة يونس

34. Say: "Is there of your (Allâh’s called) partners one that originates the creation and then repeats it?" Say: "Allâh originates the creation and then He repeats it. Then how are you deluded away (from the truth)?"

﴿ يَوۡمَ يَخۡرُجُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَجۡدَاثِ سِرَاعٗا كَأَنَّهُمۡ إِلَىٰ نُصُبٖ يُوفِضُونَ

the Day when they will rush out of their graves as if they are racing towards an idol[16],

﴿ وَٱلذَّٰرِيَٰتِ ذَرۡوٗا

سورة الذاريات
line

By the [winds] scattering [dust], dispersing [it]

﴿ إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَٰهُ قُرۡءَٰنًا عَرَبِيّٗا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ

سورة الزخرف
line

Indeed, We have made it an Arabic Qur’an so that you may understand,

﴿ وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

سورة الصافات

and We left for him [a favorable mention] among later generations:

﴿ قَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ مِن قَوۡمِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَٰحِرٌ عَلِيمٞ

سورة الأعراف

109. The chiefs of the people of Fir‘aun (Pharaoh) said: "This is indeed a well-versed sorcerer;
