﴿ فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴾
سورة الرحمن
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?[1594]
﴿ كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهِ لَنَسۡفَعَۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ ﴾
سورة العلق
No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock[1952] –
﴿ ٱشۡدُدۡ بِهِۦٓ أَزۡرِي ﴾
سورة طه
31. "Increase my strength with him,
﴿ إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ ﴾
سورة الصافات
Except the chosen servants of Allāh.
﴿ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ ﴾
سورة الأعلى
2. Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it.
﴿ وَفِيٓ أَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ حَقّٞ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلۡمَحۡرُومِ ﴾
سورة الذاريات
19. And in their properties there was the right of the Sâ’il (the beggar who asks) and the Mahrûm (the poor who does not ask others)[1].
﴿ فَٱسۡتَجَابَ لَهُۥ رَبُّهُۥ فَصَرَفَ عَنۡهُ كَيۡدَهُنَّۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ ﴾
سورة يوسف
So his Lord responded to him and averted from him their plan. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
﴿ يَغۡفِرۡ لَكُم مِّن ذُنُوبِكُمۡ وَيُؤَخِّرۡكُمۡ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ مُّسَمًّىۚ إِنَّ أَجَلَ ٱللَّهِ إِذَا جَآءَ لَا يُؤَخَّرُۚ لَوۡ كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ ﴾
سورة نوح
4. "He (Allâh) will forgive you of your sins and respite you to an appointed term. Verily, the term of Allâh when it comes, cannot be delayed, if you but knew."
﴿ وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُ ٱتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ أَخَذَتۡهُ ٱلۡعِزَّةُ بِٱلۡإِثۡمِۚ فَحَسۡبُهُۥ جَهَنَّمُۖ وَلَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمِهَادُ ﴾
سورة البقرة
When it is said to them, “Fear Allah,” pride takes hold of them to persist in sin. Hellfire is sufficient for them. What a terrible resting place!
﴿ فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴾
