﴿ بَلۡ هُمۡ فِي شَكّٖ يَلۡعَبُونَ ﴾
سورة الدخان
But they are in doubt, amusing themselves.
﴿ وَإِلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ كَيۡفَ سُطِحَتۡ ﴾
سورة الغاشية
and the earth, how it is spread out?
﴿ يَخۡتَصُّ بِرَحۡمَتِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ ﴾
سورة آل عمران
74. He selects for His Mercy (Islâm and the Qur’ân with Prophethood) whom He wills and Allâh is the Owner of Great Bounty.
﴿ وَمَثَلُ كَلِمَةٍ خَبِيثَةٖ كَشَجَرَةٍ خَبِيثَةٍ ٱجۡتُثَّتۡ مِن فَوۡقِ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مَا لَهَا مِن قَرَارٖ ﴾
سورة إبراهيم
26. And the parable of an evil word is that of an evil tree uprooted from the surface of earth, having no stability.
﴿ ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لِلَّذِينَ هَاجَرُواْ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا فُتِنُواْ ثُمَّ جَٰهَدُواْ وَصَبَرُوٓاْ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهَا لَغَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ ﴾
سورة النحل
As for those who emigrated after being persecuted, then strove [for the cause of Allah], and were patient[69] – indeed, your Lord is after that All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
﴿ وَقُلۡنَا يَٰٓـَٔادَمُ ٱسۡكُنۡ أَنتَ وَزَوۡجُكَ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ وَكُلَا مِنۡهَا رَغَدًا حَيۡثُ شِئۡتُمَا وَلَا تَقۡرَبَا هَٰذِهِ ٱلشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ﴾
سورة البقرة
We said, “O Adam, dwell in Paradise, you and your wife; and eat pleasantly from wherever you wish, but do not approach this tree, or else you will both become the wrongdoers.”
﴿ وَبُرِّزَتِ ٱلۡجَحِيمُ لِمَن يَرَىٰ ﴾
سورة النازعات
36. And Hell-fire shall be made apparent in full view for (every) one who sees.
﴿ وَتَرَىٰ كُلَّ أُمَّةٖ جَاثِيَةٗۚ كُلُّ أُمَّةٖ تُدۡعَىٰٓ إِلَىٰ كِتَٰبِهَا ٱلۡيَوۡمَ تُجۡزَوۡنَ مَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ ﴾
سورة الجاثية
You will see every community on its knees. Every community will be summoned to its book [of deeds], “Today you will be recompensed for what you used to do.
﴿ يُخَٰدِعُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَمَا يَخۡدَعُونَ إِلَّآ أَنفُسَهُمۡ وَمَا يَشۡعُرُونَ ﴾
سورة البقرة
9. They (think to) deceive Allâh and those who believe, while they only deceive themselves, and perceive (it) not!
﴿ ۞ قَالَ أَلَمۡ أَقُل لَّكَ إِنَّكَ لَن تَسۡتَطِيعَ مَعِيَ صَبۡرٗا ﴾
