﴿ وَلَا تَدۡعُ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَنفَعُكَ وَلَا يَضُرُّكَۖ فَإِن فَعَلۡتَ فَإِنَّكَ إِذٗا مِّنَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ

سورة يونس

106. "And invoke not besides Allâh, any such that will neither profit you nor harm you, but if (in case) you did so, you shall certainly be one of the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers).[14]"

﴿ قَالَ أَنَا۠ خَيۡرٞ مِّنۡهُ خَلَقۡتَنِي مِن نَّارٖ وَخَلَقۡتَهُۥ مِن طِينٖ

سورة ص
line

76. [Iblîs (Satan)] said: "I am better than he. You created me from fire, and You created him from clay."

﴿ وَإِنَّكُمۡ لَتَمُرُّونَ عَلَيۡهِم مُّصۡبِحِينَ

سورة الصافات
line

137. Verily, you pass by them in the morning

﴿ ٱتَّبِعۡ مَآ أُوحِيَ إِلَيۡكَ مِن رَّبِّكَۖ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ وَأَعۡرِضۡ عَنِ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ

سورة الأنعام

106. Follow what has been revealed to you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) from your Lord, Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He) and turn aside from Al-Mushrikûn [13]

﴿ وَءَايَةٞ لَّهُمۡ أَنَّا حَمَلۡنَا ذُرِّيَّتَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡفُلۡكِ ٱلۡمَشۡحُونِ

41. And an Ayâh (sign) for them is that We bore their offspring in the laden ship [of Nûh (Noah)].

﴿ وَٱلسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ ٱلۡحُبُكِ

سورة الذاريات
line

7. By the heaven full of paths,

﴿ لَهُۥ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَلِيُّ ٱلۡعَظِيمُ

سورة الشورى
line

To him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth, and He is the Most High, the Most Great.

﴿ قَالَ فَمَن رَّبُّكُمَا يَٰمُوسَىٰ

سورة طه
line

Pharaoh said, “So who is the Lord of you two, O Moses?”

﴿ فِي جَنَّةٍ عَالِيَةٖ

سورة الغاشية

10. In a lofty Paradise.

﴿ ۞ وَمَن يُسۡلِمۡ وَجۡهَهُۥٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَهُوَ مُحۡسِنٞ فَقَدِ ٱسۡتَمۡسَكَ بِٱلۡعُرۡوَةِ ٱلۡوُثۡقَىٰۗ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلۡأُمُورِ

سورة لقمان

And whoever submits his face [i.e., self] to Allāh while he is a doer of good - then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold. And to Allāh will be the outcome of [all] matters.
